I’m Donna Wild from Fit to be Wild and I’m all about LIFTING YOUR LIFESTYLE. Not how much can you lose or gain in 8-12 weeks.
I specialise in weight loss and lifestyle training.
As a qualified personal trainer for over 15+ years and having my own health and hormonal challenges that affect my weight, I know it’s all about the little things you do every day that can make a difference. I also know you need to make changes that will last a lifetime.
You can have the things you want, you just need to make sure you have the right balance in the calorie/kilojoule and exercise bank.
It’s that simple! Easier said than done, I know, but small changes to your habits and consistency will get you the results you are aiming for in the long term. And that’s where I can help.
Lifting weights and exercising needs to be part of your weekly routine. I offer strength training, boxing for fitness, kettlebells, battle-ropes and more through small friendly and fun group sessions and targeted one on one personal training sessions.
There are big moments in our lives when it’s easy to drop the ball.
Training through pregnancy and the post natal period requires specialised and careful supervision and I can help you stay fit, healthy and strong.
I have a lot of experience and success with rehabilitation. I love working in with your health professionals to get the ultimate results for your future, beyond injury and recovery.
I also specialise in Personal Training for Kids.
I have two sons with challenges and I have learnt how important it is for them to do specific exercise and training for their little bodies to grow and reach their full potential. It’s amazing how this can affect their behaviour! Creating calculated fun play based workouts for kids has become a passion of mine.
